The very beginning

Let's start at the beginning because it's a very good place to start. We are Chris and Shannon. Or Chris'nShannon if you want to get it right. We have been married for 2.25 years, if you want to get particular about it. Ironically, though our anniversary was this past July, we are celebrating it this upcoming weekend. We've had our twists, in our unique individual lives before getting married, and also now that we've been married. Two becoming one has been an incredible journey filled with heartache and joy, discord and peace, that has only become more amazing as we've continued on. Recently, however, the source of our heartache has come from the loss of our little baby whom we were affectionately calling Peep until we found I had miscarried. She is now affectionately remembered as Samantha Peep and we wait to hold her in heaven, pressing onward here on this earth.

So that's the beginning, the very beginning of this blog, and our journey as we seek to not understand, but glorify God in all that we do, say, and are. It is our prayer that what we share with you will bring glory to the only true God and Savior, Jesus Christ!
